Taizhou Prefectural City, Linhai, Zhejiang 浙江临海台州府城
The old city of Linhai was the seat of the former Taizhou Prefecture. Its walls, built along Beigu Hill and the Ling River, also served as a flood barrier and are called the “Great Wall of the South”. Around Ziyang Street the town keeps lanes and old buildings from the Ming and Qing onward.
