Huangcheng Xiangfu, in Beiliu Town, Yangcheng County, was the residence of Chen Tingjing, a Grand Secretary under the Kangxi Emperor of the Qing. It has an inner and an outer walled city with 16 courtyards; the Heshan Tower in the inner city is a refuge tower built in the late Ming against the turmoil of war. The whole is a well-preserved Ming-Qing official mansion complex.
