Yimeng Mountains, Shandong 山东沂蒙山
The Yimeng Mountains tourist area consists of Mount Yi in Linqu and Mount Meng around Mengyin and Pingyi. Mount Meng, anciently called Dongmeng, is mentioned in the Analects; its main peak, Guimeng, rises to 1,156 meters and is the second highest in Shandong. Mount Yi was the Eastern Guardian among the five ancient guardian mountains.
