Jinji Lake lies in Suzhou Industrial Park. Covering about 7 square kilometers, it is one of the larger urban lakes in China. Two artificial islands, Taohua and Linglong, rise from the water, and the lake is ringed by high-rises such as the Gate of the Orient and a modern cityscape.
