Hengshui Lake, Hebei 河北衡水湖
Hengshui Lake lies south of the city of Hengshui, between Taocheng and Jizhou districts, and is one of the larger freshwater lakes on the North China Plain. Its broad reed beds and wetlands form a national nature reserve, and great numbers of migratory birds stop here in spring and autumn.
