Douchuan Mountain, north of Jiangyou in Sichuan, rises in three sheer rock peaks linked at the top by iron chains. It is named after Dou Ziming, a Tang county official said to have left office to live here as a recluse. Yunyan Temple on the mountain was founded in the Tang; its Feitian Zang is a Song-dynasty wooden revolving sutra cabinet.
