Liupan Mountains, Ningxia 宁夏六盘山
The Liupan Mountains, around Guyuan in southern Ningxia, form a north-south range across the Loess Plateau, with a main peak over 2,900 meters. Densely forested, they are the source of the Jing River and contain a national nature reserve. The Red Army crossed them during the Long March.
