Kongur Tiube, Xinjiang 新疆公格尔九别峰
Kongur Tiube rises in Akto County, Xinjiang, part of the Kongur massif on the eastern edge of the Pamirs; at over 7,500 meters it is joined to the main summit, Kongur. In the early 1960s members of a Chinese women's mountaineering team reached its top, the event this stamp commemorates.
