Urho Ghost City, Karamay, Xinjiang 新疆克拉玛依乌尔禾魔鬼城
The Ghost City in Urho District, Karamay, is a yardang landscape on the northwestern edge of the Junggar Basin. Wind-carved mounds of uneven height look like castles and an abandoned city, and the name comes from the eerie howl of the wind in storms.
